Product Management Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Conduct new product development and product management activities.
• - Conduct market research, competitor analysis for identifying and proposing new product / product improvement initiatives.
• - Lead new product development with relevant parties for impactful and on time new product launch.
• - Developing product pricing, channel, product strategy to achieve sales objectives.
• - Provide product training and knowledge that will assist the sales team in selling a product.
• - Work with the MarCom team for communication & advertisement of product selling tools, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• - Manage sales forecasts and inventory with relevant parties.
• - Monitor & track product & promotion performance on a regular basis.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or related fields - Minimum of 3+ years work experience in product marketing / new product development fields
• - Have analytical skills, project management, problem solving, and research skills.
• - Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, especially Excel.
• - Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• - A team player, creative, open-minded, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
