Senior Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Own, document, and educate around the Happily customer journey; identify key post-sale inflection points and milestones, and create marketing strategies to support customer success at each one • Strategize, create, and deliver B2B customer engagement campaigns across a suite of channels and tactics (ex. Web, Email/Marketing Automation, Paid Digital, Social, Events, ABM, Through-Sales, etc) • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to create customer-specific content, marketing programs, and mechanisms • Establish relationships with the sales organization, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement in top accounts • Set targets, take a disciplined approach to regular measurement, and report on outcomes to relevant audiences, including Senior Leadership • Meet customers with sales representatives. to collect data for further business development

• • Experience is services industries e.g. cleaning services, chained restaurant, hospital is preferred. • Experience base on manufacturing plant. • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image • Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology Communicates well in English
