IT Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing information technology and computer systems
• Controlling and managing IT and electronic data operations
• On-Site, On-Call and On-Message with our customer from SEA countries
• Consultant about input/output devices to support customer service
• Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards other employees and customers
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations, both for the Company office and also for Project Management with customers
• Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Maintain a safe and functional IT environment inside the administration office and golf studio. Responsible for set-up of necessary IT equipment for events on a regular basis
• Stock IT and office supplies
• Consult and recommend IT and office supplies for Company staff as necessary
• Check office and golf studio for broken or non-functioning computers or IT equipment. Repair or replace them when required
• Reports any damage, broken equipment, missing items, or “out of stock” supplies to the CEO and project manager
• Supports the Project Manager regularly for simulator installs
• Co-responsible for moving supplies and equipment between various locations, such as, but not limited to; office, stores, warehouses, events, customer locations, residences. Take leadership on special handling of any computers, resale products and / or IT related technology
• Performs purchases as requested and pick-ups of necessary equipment and supplies
• Supports the Project Manager regularly for simulator installation

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proficient in English. This includes excellent written and speaking knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer engineering, Computer science or related fields
• Excellent communication skills & customer service mindset
• Be able to work unsupervised to time deadlines
• Be able to run projects independently
• Be able to frequently travel, locally and internationally
• Ability to be flexible on a day to day basis with task priorities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
