หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide an immediate and professional response to any of the patient's medical questions or queries. • Support and advice, as well as convey medical recommendations in an accessible, sensitive manner. • Primary contact person for the patient, and serves as the main medium of communication, simplifying the process for the patient. • Handle aspects of case management; scheduling appointments, tests and treatments. • Take into account the wishes and schedule of the member, and strive to provide them with the best treatment options in a timely manner • Provide medical referrals in coordination with the Assistance Department • Identify the suitability of procedures for a particular diagnosis in coordination with a medical doctor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Female, age ranged from 25-40. • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing / Diploma in Health Science. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Computer literate in Microsoft office tools. • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai – oral, written and comprehension. • Client service experience, service-oriented. • Good communication skills. • Available to work Monday-Friday with some weekends.
