หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Introduction to different programs we have in school. (Regular program, Special classes and Kidz Learning Centre)
• Guide parents about admission process
• Ensure the communication between interested parties is done within 24 hours of the working day. (phone calls, online messages, emails)
• Communicate in a formal and professional manner, verbally, physically and written.
• Show your enthusiasm and in admissions but do not show desperate moves.
• Follow up after providing them details (feedback, their interest to enrol) converting into application.
• Try to convert all interests into school visit appointments.
• Take the parents to private, group tours of the school.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads.
• Keep a record of all leads that come in (calls, online, in person etc.) as a report, notes, follow up notes within 24 hours of conversation with the family.
