• TiffinLabs is a global food technology and digital restaurant company headquartered in Singapore. We develop our own delivery-optimised brands and collaborate with existing restaurants to operationalize various concepts and cuisines through a cloud kitchen near you. By taking an innovative approach to the creation, operation, and scaling of delivery-first restaurant brands, we maximise underutilised existing kitchen infrastructure to drive revenue. We are looking for a Senior Accountant in Thailand with experience helping drive the financial support functions in eCommerce, food, and leading consumer brands. The Senior Accountant will work with the local market General Managers to manage and support financial operations through a data-informed and customer-centric approach. The individual should have a deep understanding of AP/AR and experience in handling full sets accounts. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly closing, financial reports, and analytics to support a structured monthly financial review - Manage full set accounts including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger function - Preparation corporate income taxes and indirect taxes (GST / SST / VAT) reporting - Preparation of the financial report and the analysis of each revenue centre - Assist in payroll processing - Coordinates audits (external, internal, etc.) and prepares information for these audits, as needed - Drive implementation of new processes, policies, and system to improve controls - Other adhoc duties as assigned
