Production Planner

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Plot the production plan in order to meet the shipping plan required by the client.• Review available resources such as manpower, materials, machines and equipment in order to meet the production demand.
• • Creating work schedules for employees based on available work hours.
• • Coordinating with suppliers and purchasing to ensure that materials are available when needed
• • Responsible for scheduling the usage of production materials to ensure optimal level.
• • Providing the plant with a production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast.
• • Evaluate suppliers’ capability timeliness in delivering materials required by production.
• • Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages in usage that may arise.
• • Coordinate with production and product work flow.
• • Addressing production issues and setbacks and immediately discuss with the concerned department head.
• • Tracking the production flow and provide status report.
• • Identify any critical issues that may affect the shipping plan.
• • Participate and take an active part during production meeting.
• • Meeting with managers to discuss production issues and recommend possible solutions.
• • Establish standard manhours on every production process and immediately call the attention of concern department if actual manhours spent exceeds with the standard.
• • Schedule work shifts according to production need.
• • Timely submission of production status report and daily production accomplishment.
• • Ensure that every item has the corresponding ticket properly filled-up.• Conduct time and motion study on production process.
• • Set-up an inventory management system for the material and tracking work-in-process.
• • Calculating labor costs for each step of the production process to ensure profitability.• Does other tasks required by the immediate head.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับเครื่องจักร
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ OEE & LEAN จะพิจราณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• เขียนแบบได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
