• Establish work practices and quality control techniques for calibration machine
• Support development/production trial and trouble-shooting when necessary
• Assist in evaluating and qualifying of new raw components
• Perform routine maintenance of testing equipment
• Assist in establishing work instructions for the new laboratory testing equipment
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by superior

• Graduated with a Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree
• Able to use spectrophotometer in color calibration
• Must be fluent in applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Must be detail-oriented with the SOP.
• Must be able to work with multiple projects and be able to perform within deadlines.
• Must possess an understanding of 4 color process and spot colors.
• Thorough understanding of digital color management technology
• Knowledge of industry-standard color formats
• Experience with Rip a Plus
• Strong organizational skills.
• Continuing desire for personal growth and development of leadership and managerial abilities.
