ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน Senior Finance & Accounting Manager (Group Level)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function for the group of companies (Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong).
• Lead the centralized accounting department based in Thailand.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across all jurisdictions.
• Supervise consolidated group reporting and prepare group-level financial statements in accordance with Thai and international accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax filing requirements in Thailand, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and SSO
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and ensure proper documentation across borders.
• Drive implementation of new accounting or ERP systems, including migration, testing, and training.
• Provide financial leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and authorities in Thailand and abroad.
• Support strategic business decisions with financial analysis and performance reporting.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential, ideally in textiles or garments.
• Experience with inventory management and production costing systems.
• Experience with multi-country operations and consolidated financial reporting a plus.
• System implementation experience (ERP/accounting software upgrades or new deployments).
• Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fully fluent in Thai and strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
