Leader Fashion & Home textile Design

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop seasonal design strategies and collection directions
• Manage and control the design pipeline and artwork production
• Curate and develop commercially relevant textile collections
• Lead and coordinate in-house designers, freelancers, and design studios
• Provide creative direction and ensure design quality standards
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams
• Support sales activities through design boards and presentations
• Ensure all designs are production-ready (repeat, color, resolution)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in textile or surface design
• Experience in team management or freelance coordination is a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital textile printing and artwork preparation
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of fashion and home textile trends
• Experience leading design teams or managing freelance creative networks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with textile software such as NeoStampa, iColorway
• Experience working with brands, manufacturers, or design platforms
