IT Application Support (โปรแกรม ODOO)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and execute required ODOO updates and propose new plug-ins and auxiliary software solutions in collaboration with key users and Vender.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications .
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and backend architecture.
• Work closely with the Vender teams to keep systems reliable and secure.
• Respond to and resolve incidents or escalate as needed — ensuring service quality and SLAs are met.
• Analyze application performance, recommend improvements, and collaborate with developers to enhance user experience.
• Manage code migration, document configuration changes, and ensure synchronization across environments.
• Support end-users by training, communicating updates.
• Keep an eye on application performance metrics and help shape future updates.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or relevant field
• Proficiency in handling ODOO ERP , ERP support Or Phyton Programing
• Strong ability in process documentation
• Good Windows, network and VPN technology knowledge
