QA Officer (Bahasa Malaysia)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Listen call records of Sales team (in Malaysia language) and make validation on them to decide if products are delivered or not. - Evaluate call qualities of Sales & Customer Services based on score cards timely & accurately. - Working with QC team and sales team to improve sales scripts. - Translate documents and script written in Malaysia language to English or Thai and vice versa. - Other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum bachelor’s Degree, major in Arts, Southeast Asian Studies, or related fields - At least 2 years in the QA officer, Malaysia translator or Telesales (Malaysia) - Having good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill - Fast and flexible to adapt with fast-paced environment. - Good command of both spoken and written Bahasa languages.
