Financial Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility - Understand business process, company policy, operational and financial workflow and ERP system functions and designs. - Responsible for system set up, maintenance as well as Implementing and testing of solutions​. - Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure set plan is delivered on time and on budget - Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. Inform supervisor as well as be a focal person on solving the issues. - Validate data and ensure correctness of the report generated by the system - Analyze and understand commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts - Gather and understand users’ requirements and support users to operate ERP system correctly and properly - Provide training for new users and support for a smooth system operation - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Supporting business transition and helping to establish change when needed - Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house - Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification - 4+ years of experience in business finance or other relevant fields - Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Economics, - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with data query and other management tools is a plus (Access, SQL, Business Objects) - Experience in using ERP and deliver software training is a plus
