หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Listen call records of Sales team (in Tagalog Philippines language) and make validation on them to decide if products are delivered or not.
- Evaluate call qualities of Sales & Customer Services based on score cards timely & accurately.
- Working with QC team and sales team to improve sales scripts.
- Translate documents and script written in Philippines language to English or Thai and vice versa.
- Other duties as assigned

- Having good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Fast and flexible to adapt with fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both spoken and written Tagalog Philippines languages.
