Logistics Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Define strategies, goals, key performance indicators (KPI), and operational plan for Logistic including guideline for performance evaluation in accordance with company goals and policies.
• Analyze, determine and track budget for expense related to logistic tasks including controlling the efficiency of delivery costs for maximum efficiency.
• Analyze and review the operation of last mile and fulfillment service both old and new along with presenting operational guidelines in line with the direction and performance of the company.
• Managing, controlling, supervising, and evaluating the performance of each service provider to meet the specified goals.
• Managing and controlling the stock of various products are sufficient to meet the needs and suitable of each period.
• Manage, Control as well as give advice on the performance of subordinates in order to meet the performance goal efficiently
• Analyze data and efficiency of delivery and goods including the reason of returning of each carrier.
• Analyze, plan, and determine improvement, problem-solving, and delivery process to ensure be on-time and most efficient product plan.
• Contact and coordinate with Sales team and Customer Relations to forecast the quantity of product in line with market demand.
• Presented the result of Logistic with Head office (Vietnam) including any suggestion with relevant department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Administration or relevant
• At least 7 years experienced in Supply Chain/Logistic Management in Telesale, E-Commerce business
• Knowledge and understanding of Logistic Management and product delivery program
• Able to analyst, make decision, problem-solving and management skill
• Able to communicate in English (writing and communicating)
• Understanding Warehouse Management planning, control project, shipping and supply chain management
