Project Coordinator & Translator (Thai – Vietnamese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide translation and interpretation between Thai and Vietnamese during meetings.
• Translate internal documents, project materials, and communications.
• Support effective communication between the Thailand team and regional teams.
• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting agendas.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent in Thai and Vietnamese (Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening).
• Good communication skills in English will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
