หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Extract data from the system to prepare summary reports and address any issues that arise during operations for improvement and resolution
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports
• Monitor key KPIs to achieve targets
• Support the Operations team in achieving, improving, and resolving issues related to KPI targets
• Understanding required operations flow and developing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the ordering process
• Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency in Order Management
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and constructive feedback
• Identify and resolve gaps in processes or data management
• Working with internal teams (including business development, accounting, developer) on improvement projects
