Overseas Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the primary point of contact for international principals, maintaining regular communication on shipment statuses and updates.
• Manage customs clearance processes: Coordinate closely with customs agents and freight forwarders to handle documentation, duty payments, and regulatory compliance for imports and exports.
• Handle customer requirements: Work closely with internal teams to understand and fulfill customer specifications, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customs delays, regulatory requirements to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years in a role with a strong focus on customs clearance and international logistics; experience in the construction or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to assist with various administrative tasks and support colleagues as needed.
