หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including financial modeling and market analysis.
• Prepare and present business plans and project financing strategies.
• Secure off-take agreements, funding sources, and investment partners.
• Manage and coordinate the planning, design, and construction phases.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, permits, zoning laws, and environmental assessments.
• Act as the lead liaison between technical consultants, legal advisors, contractors, financial institutions, and marketing teams.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in all phases of development, ensuring sustainable and profitable outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong knowledge of property market trends, urban planning, and construction methodologies
• Financial acumen and experience with project financing
• Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong legal and regulatory understanding
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and property development software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects with tight deadlines
