[URGENT] IT Project Manager (Contract 6 months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To be IT support of specific company depends on project, helpdesk, diagnostic the hardware problem as well as break/fix Support in the scope of Desktop, Server, Laptop/notebook, Installation Hardware/Software,
• Managing the deployment monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organization IT systems
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
• Coordinate IT engineer and technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
• Coordination with relevant vendors for task arrangement
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
• Coordination with foreigners vendor ( English communication )

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• IT managerial skills and good communication skills
• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge in Computer Hardware (Desktop, Laptop and Peripherals)
• Experienced in Microsoft Products (Windows, O365, Active Directory)
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skill
• ฺBasic knowledge in Network Field (Routing, Switching)
• Certified with CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional is a plus
• Basic knowledge in SQL language and Scripting is a plus
• Has knowledge of Computer Hardware / Infrastructure of a computer.
• Has good communication skills and a service mind.
• Good or Fluent in English is a must.
• Experience 1 - 5 years in Project Manager position
• Able to work well under pressure
• To be handy for support remote implementers from outside Thailand. Support in the scope of server, network.
• Ability IT management; knowledge about root cause
