IT Support (Contract 2 months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide technical support to internal customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performs hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action
• Good knowledge on VPN, Networks, Security, Firewall, WiFi, O365, Hardware, cloud services, support, and ticketing is added advantage.
• Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• IT managerial skills and good communication skills
• At least three years of working experience in IT field service areas, include onsite support
• Strong knowledge in Computer Hardware (Desktop, Laptop and Peripherals)
• Strong sense of VIP support, good team player, have good communication, teamwork & documentation skill
• Understanding of new requirements/process, able to do follow up
• ฺBasic knowledge in Network Field (Routing, Switching)
• Be familiar in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11), Microsoft Office Suites (2013, 2016, M365), Microsoft Software (SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, SCCM, Active Directory, OneDrive, other
• Basic knowledge in SQL language and Scripting is a plus
• Ability to work with cross-functional & cross-country teams
• Has good communication skills and a service mind.
• Good or Fluent in English is a must.
