Admin Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handle general overall administrative support to the office operation (e.g. coordinating with suppliers, customers, government officials and external parties) - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.). - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, OT, Transportation costs,s, and other data. - Manage IT engineer schedules and coordinate with the customer. - Manage a quotation, purchase order, and procurement process. - Handle Government Project document. - Other administrative, projects or tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields. - Able to communicate in English - Knowledge of relevant computer software (MSWord and Excel) and the internet - Service-minded, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Able to work well under pressure and able to work with multi-task. - Familiarity with government documentary management will be an advantage.
