หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The General Manager will provide leadership to the company to achieve the key objectives of the company. He/she will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational & financial areas. He/she will be responsible to develop & execute the business plan & achievement of Key Performance Indicators in the areas of customer, financial, internal business processes and people. He/she will design, plan & manage company resources to enhance value to all company stakeholders. He/she is responsible for overseeing policies, standards and steps taken. This is done in accordance to Logistic and Storage business and customers' needs. Job Highlights • Contribute to strategic planning • Evaluate the findings of market research/analysis • Have great knowledge in business development • Maintain operation standards with subordinates Job Description Key Roles and Responsibilities • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement business development strategies, including annual budget, aligning with the organization's overall vision and long-term business objectives • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities, including sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions to contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals • Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects to assess the viability of alternative opportunities and present to top executives or the Board • Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, customers, partners, key decisionmakers, and industry leaders to promote the organization’s products and services • Coordinate in important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management • Have great knowledge in business development • Have good computer skills • Have communication skills, both Thai and English • Be analytical thinker and business savvy • Have interpersonal skills
