• Responsible for the overall brand management & marketing plan to ensure consistent marketing activities aiming to achieve sales target revenue • Develop marketing strategies, annual brand calendar, marketing analysis to define new opportunity and generate sales and income. • Be the owner of the brand in all aspects, responsible for P&L and budgets control. • Run and implement effective 360 marketing activities and communications for new products launch and monthly marketing campaigns. • Plan and execute marketing, promotion plan and sales plan to be aligned with the guideline of the HQ and RHQ as one team. • Cooperate, support, prepare data and meeting to update and align plan with HQ and RHQ team. • Coordinate with sales team to expand the business either new product launch or new channel extension • Work closely with media team, agencies and all stakeholders both internal and external in good manner to achieve brand goal. • Responsible for annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase consumers • Monitor and manage A&P spending of responsible products to meet volume & value target, closely monitor results & propose adjustment as needed • Some administrative works

• Work at Fine Today (Thailand) co., Ltd. Importer and distributor of Senka • Bachelor Degree on Marketing or business administration or higher • Experience in Marketing field 2 Years preferable in FMCG or personal care business • Background in sales & trade marketing is a plus • Knowledge in Digital media and EC business • Good command in English both speaking, listening, and reading • Good presentation skill, creativity and analytic skills • Passion in brand management, adaptative, good attitude, agile mindset and action oriented, collaborate as a team.
