Supported marketing action plan to achieve business strategies and customer expectation.
Find new project with PEB and Steel structure target of 1000 tons.
Prepare PISX, CPBD & JAF (Company internal programs) (with Country Manager and Sales Support)
Monitor master schedules and shipment deliveries (to follow up with client)
Monitor change orders and variations / make contract addendums and price variation accordingly.
Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Manager)

Lead the market specification in presales activities by increasing the specification of downstream products in buildings.
Support technical works to customer i.e. estimation, drawing, budget proposal and technical information
Knowledge managing, transferring and supporting customers as well as educating customers to have initial skill to use products.
Support sales team in Thailand by following up projects amongst project owners, architects and engineers.
Maintain and build relationships with project owners, architects, engineers and related associations.
