Operation Excellence Tester (Supervisor)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To propose for UAT testing of operation process to verify accuracy data, effective operation process journey to ensure any process, report & system of insurance broker backend well working & smoothly - Able to get/create User’s requirement and work with IT or BPM. - Able to coordinate & negotiate with operation user or IT. - Understand specification requirement and design. - To create test case and test scenario base on requirement. - Responsible for testing and quality. - Verify accuracy information, process, report. - Co-Operate with IT team to identify root cause of defects and coordinate to find out resolution. - Track bugs and issues. To follow up with IT team for fixing. - Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables. - The ability to create user manuals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor Degree in any flied - Minimum 2 years of experience for UAT testing, especially in insurance business. - Strong in all Customer Services or Operation System and understanding of business processes - Strong in Requirement analysis. - Strong in Test case design.
