Merchant Telesales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Focuses the outbound sale team efforts thru’ analyzing and identifying opportunities in potential dealers volume • To be responsible in the preparation and implementation of call script, call monitoring, and setting standard operating procedures and policies • Responsible in coming up with strategy for the outbound team in handling each dealer types from Inactive to dealer with low volume • Find the opportunity to increase Sale Volume to merchant by creating promotion, activity, motivation and others. • Manage and maintain a Dealer database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow updates or other action required • Analyze Sale Volume , Potential dealers, Promotion/Agent Performance and find new solution to merchants and propose to leader. • Ensure that all system involved will be fixed and work smoothly to support Call Agents. • Coordinate with IT,MIS, Sale&Marketing to manage profile, update promotion, POP, short list and others. • Answer Inquires of merchant as a Inbound call center and work on Sat if required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree’s in related field - Minimum 3 years in part of Merchant relation /Telesales Supervisor - Minimum 1 years in part of call center or Customer service - Manage team and dot line team to hit target assigned within timeline and limited resource. - Communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skill
