- To improve the operational systems, and processes to support organizations - Develop and analyze operation reporting to improve operational systems and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency. - Manage & control operations issued with IT Team. - Manage data processing with more efficiency. - Being the main member of the project to make operations process align in the market need to improve and develop backend processes to ahead of the newcomers and competitors.
