Regional Sales Trainer Manager (Northern Area) Based at Bangkok

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - In charge of sales training of northern region (around 8 provinces with 25 stores) Based at Bangkok. - To administer, manage, and support the training requirements of sales channels. - To support in the design and development training programs and teaching/training methods - To be a trainer to train sales teams or other personnel concerned - To validate training reports, needs analysis, training evaluation, programs and documentation to ensure accuracy - To provide training support and resources necessary to satisfy training requirements - Apart from fulfilling their specific training requirements, training assistants are also in charge of assisting in Sales activities on a year-round basis. - Commit to follow all Krungsri Group’s core values policies and procedures. - Work cooperatively with peers - Share suggestions for improving

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - 10 years of total work experience in related job scope. - Around 5 years of experience in financial or insurance training management - Good in using digital tools to enhance the training and employees attention. - Good communication skill. - Be able to travel in northern area and based at Bangkok. - Be able to work in the dynamic environment and people with different background and mindset.
