Responsibilities: - Dispute and chargeback case analysis. - Chargeback processing in Vision Plus and Visa / Master card documentation system. - Contact customers to close dispute cases and any process dispute release in Vision Plus system. - Supervise staff and contractor staff and process other job functions as assigned by Chargeback Manager. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in English or any related fields.
