Finance Officer (Head office พระโขนง)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage central financial operations: collect, verify, and record income and expenses
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial documents
• Record and reconcile daily, monthly, and annual expenses
• Coordinate with internal teams and branches nationwide
• Reconcile bank accounts, payables, and receivables
• Oversee petty cash and process payments via the system
• Prepare reports for management and support internal audits
• Handle additional tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: High Vocational Certificate to Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: 1–3 years in finance or accounting
• Solid foundation in finance and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Meticulous, responsible, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to new systems and processes
• Flexible with working hours as per company schedule
