Export Officer (Freight Forwarding)(Fastship Co.,Ltd.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with customers and oversea agents to ensure we receive information from them completely. - Coordinate with internal departments, oversea agent and customer - Cooperate with the transportation team for picking up cargo as customers instruction. - Maintains and strengthens its own client relationships and recognizes and responds promptly to client requests. - Create the related documents as assigned. - Inform booking and consolidation team to investigate all damage cargo cases with the airlines and keep updating customers to have the same information. - Make a related report to the team. - KPI monitoring as per requested. - Knowledge of Carrier/vessel as back-up is preferred.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in any field - At least 3 years experience in Air freight or Sea freight operation. - Have knowledge of export controls - Good command of both spoken and written English. - Have skill to communication with local customer and oversea agent
