Key Account Relationship Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage business relationship with retail/franchise customers and offer professional advice - Build customer’s wealth through company product and services - Identify targeted customers and product segments for product sourcing and customer acquisition - Providing customers with information on new and existing products, privileges and services - Explore the needs and specifications to grow the business, to serve the effective and suitable solutions for them, and enhance the strong relations with our customer - Coordinate with related departments, especially in marketing, finance & IT in order to servicing the customers to achieve maximum satisfaction of client’s transaction

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas • At least 2 years’ experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, or accounting & financial functions • Good command of spoken and written English • Well Organized, Responsible, calmness under pressure and to keep deadlines • Pro-active and self-motivated and desire to acquire knowledge. • Good communication and presentation skills • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office products (power point, excel etc.) and Microsoft Power BI
