Operation Export officer (OPCS)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide guidance and support to customer and internal stakeholders on export processes, documentation requirements, pricing requirements and international export regulations.
• Coordinate and Prepare document for customs of export shipment / export activities, customs compliance, and logistics coordination solve the problems during the process. Ensure the transportation finish smoothly.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our products, and services.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and production, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs laws, and export procedures Inspection illegal goods , Prohibited items, Restricted items.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Logistic
• Experience 0-3 years in the field of Logistic
• Special Knowledge or Talent : good communication skill, able to work under pressure, ability to challenge, analytical skill
• Knowledge of logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and international shipping processes.
• Have knowledge of Logistics, import and export process, customs regulations, HS code.
