Customer Service Team Lead (Operation)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead & Develop Team – Manage and coach the operation customer service team to deliver excellent service across all customer segments.
• Optimize Support Processes – Implement strategies, trainings, and best practices to improve SLAs, KPIs, and overall service quality.
• Handle Complex Cases – Oversee complicated customer issues and ensure smooth logistics coordination and documentation compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams and provide regular reports on team performance and customer feedback.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Min. 4 years of working experience in Customer Services Speacialist, Operation case management or Customer Team Lead in related industries
• Strong knowledge of international logistics or Air freight will be a big advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Must good command in English, both written and spoken
• Computer MS office applications
• Customer Centric personality with an excellent service mind
• Must be able to work at our warehouse located at: Soi Chaeng Watthana 38
• Must also be able to commute to our HQ, located near: Pink Line MRT: Chaeng Watthana 14 Station (Exit on the Big C side)
• Able to work on Saturdays twice per month.
