Assistant Restaurant Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Supervise kitchen and service staff and provide assistance, as needed
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry for at least 2 years
• Work experience in hotpot restaurant preferred
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends) •
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant management software, like POS
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• Able to speak Chinese is a plus
