- Draft, review, and revise all kinds of commercial contracts or legal documentation in both Thai and English. - Supporting the business team by providing legal advice on issues relating to the company’s business activities. - Research legal issues (upon requested) and provide legal opinions in order to comply with relevant laws. - Provide legal advice or opinion to the business. - Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities. - Giving advisory on legal and compliance to management and employees both internal and external that may relate to Company’s matters. - Create a compliance resource library for management and employees to reference when having questions.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law. - At least 3 years of work experience at a law firm Experienced in M&A, PDPA, and analysis general business laws and regulations. - Good command of English. - Problem solving and analysis. - Work well under pressure. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
