Application Support Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide timely support to end users for applications such as the Rider App, order system, and internal operations tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users; escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
• Monitor system usage, performance, and incidents using dashboards or ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with IT, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base documentation.
• Assist with onboarding or training users on system usage and best practices.
• Support testing activities after deployments or system changes to ensure readiness.
• Help identify recurring issues and suggest process or system improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, application support, or end user service roles.
• Familiarity with logistics operations or Rider/Delivery App usage is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of how software systems and mobile apps work.
• Strong service mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts or provide support during logistics peak hours if required.
