Sales of Business Development Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop a New Target Market and improve sales through various methods.
• Research the market trends, and brainstorm ideas for new products and services.
• Able to explore the trending malls or locations with the business view, and able to communicate with the mall leasing department looking for the best locations for company expansion.
• Work closely with the Marketing Executive and the Operation Team.
• Taking care of the CRM system and data Analysis.
• Focus on monthly sales targets and KPI targets to increase sales performance.
• Analyze sales reports & business performance and report it to the Direct Manager each month.
• Response & Coordinate to the Franchise Expansion & Operation.
• Establish, maintain & expand customer relationships with key customers and partnerships.
• Conduct new franchisee acquisition process by providing information and investment terms to franchisee prospects, go through the screening process, conduct feasibility analysis, site survey, and facilitate franchisee agreements and contract signing.
• Consult with related internal teams to prepare for new branch openings, which includes coordinating with design, legal, finance, and outlet operation .
• Support the franchisee operates the Inventory Management and Cost Control Management system efficiently.
• Analyze overall franchise performance and support Franchise Outlet Performance Improvement.
• Analyze overall Franchise Profit & Loss.
• Perform another ad-hoc task assigned by the Direct Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Positive attitude and good collaborative.
• Experience in F&B, Retail or any related industries will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Business Oriented & Understand the Business model.
• Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Business & Development Filed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development or a related field.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Program.
• Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
• Good Teamwork & Inter-Personal Skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
