Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer life time value
Plan and implement targeted customer segmentation, personalization, and automation campaigns via customer channel both online & offline
Analyze customer data and behavior to improve retention and engagement strategies.
Design and implement sales and service model in correspondence with brand promise to meet customer experience in all customer touchpoints (Chat/Call Team)
Provide reports and recommendations to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
Supervise team of CRM Marketing/ Service & QA/Chat-based CS/Call-based CS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
5 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty Programs, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the Retail, or eCommerce industry.
Strong understanding of CRM , customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Experience with loyalty program management, customer engagement strategies, and promotional mechanics.
Analytical mindset
Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
