หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • ควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ ตรวจสอบต้นทุนจริงหน้างานเทียบกับงบประมาณที่วางไว้ แจ้งเตือนกรณีมีค่าใช้จ่ายเกินงบ หรืองานที่อยู่นอกขอบเขต
  • ตรวจสอบปริมาณงาน (Quantity Take-Off) ถอดแบบและตรวจนับปริมาณงานที่เกิดขึ้นจริงจากไซต์งาน เปรียบเทียบกับแบบก่อสร้างหรือ BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
  • จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารเบิกงวดงาน (Progress Claim) ,รวบรวมข้อมูลจากไซต์เพื่อจัดทำเอกสารเบิกงวดงานจากเจ้าของงาน ,ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของปริมาณงานที่เบิกโดยผู้รับเหมาช่วง (Subcontractor)
  • ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติใบสั่งซื้อ/การเบิกวัสดุ ,ตรวจสอบความจำเป็นและปริมาณวัสดุก่อนจัดซื้อหรือเบิกใช้ ,ประสานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และคลังวัสดุไซต์งาน
  • ประเมินและเปรียบเทียบราคางานเพิ่มเติม / เปลี่ยนแปลง (Variation Order – VO) ,ประเมินมูลค่างานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงจากแบบเดิม, เตรียมเอกสารเสนอเจ้าของงานหรือที่ปรึกษาโครงการ
  • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ, ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการโครงการ วิศวกรไซต์ และเจ้าของงาน, ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ด้านการเงินหรือบัญชี
  • จัดทำรายงานต้นทุน (Cost Report), จัดทำรายงานเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนจริงกับงบประมาณที่วางไว้ ,วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของต้นทุนที่เพิ่มขึ้น และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Civil work projects
  • Strong skills in cost management, contract negotiation, and supplier coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Good command of English
