Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Designing and implementing new solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current customer system
• Establish the infrastructure by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards following scope of work
• User acceptance test such as performance and high availability Hardware before handover project to service team, identify possible solutions, and work with sale and pre-sale to implement those fixes
• Support pre-sale team by provide technical skill for Prove of concept (POC)
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems during implementation period
• Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organisation
• An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of customer business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands

• Cisco IOS Router & Catalyst Switch , Cisco ASA Firewall , Cisco NX-OS, Cisco Mobilities Solution.
• HPE Networking - Enterprise Wired, Wireless & Data Center Solutions
• Huawei Switch
• Fortigate & Paloalto Firewall
• Cacti , Solarwinds , PRTG Network Management
• Configure and Troubleshooting Routing Protocol (e.g., Static , OSPF , EIGRP , ISIS , BGP , MPLS L2/L3 VPN , EVPN)
• Configure and Troubleshooting Redundancy Protocol (e.g., VRRP , HSRP , Spanning Tree , Link Aggregation , Cisco VSS , Cisco vPC , HP IRF , Arista MLAG , etc.)
• Data Center Network Virtualization (e.g., TRILL , VXLAN , Cisco OTV , Cisco FabricPath , HP EVI , etc.)
