• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on the customer environments - Collaborate with partners for investigate the root causes of problem - Provide technical support to customers and internal teams - Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to identify and resolve technical issues Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role (entry-level candidates with relevant coursework and internships will also be considered) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency with hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Good communication and customer service skills
