หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Unified Communications (UC) Engineer will collaborate with all aspects of maintaining, and configuring, maintenance of existing UC environment. Key Responsibilities - Work in office Hour (8 Hours x 5 Days) at customer’s site (Energy Complex Building). - Work as First Tier Support reports directly to the Customer Support Manager. - Work with vendors, clients, technical staff (IT Team) on implementation, optimization, and security of AudioCode SBC and related system in customer’s environment including Cisco Unified Communication, Avaya PABX and Microsoft Teams. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting infrastructure and services for all other Unified Communications applications. -Troubleshooting a telephony or IP network environment, define the specific symptoms, identify all potential problems that could be causing the symptoms, and then systematically eliminate each potential problem (from most likely to least likely) until the symptoms disappear. - Collaborating with 2-Tier Support and vendor’s Technical Assistant Center (TAC) for troubleshooting issues. - Perform day-to-day operation including User Configuration and Change on AudioCode SBC, MS Team and related applications. - Perform day-to-day monitoring including Call Quality Monitoring, System Health Check and System Environment Check.
