Job Description System Analysts analyze requirements and designs technical components that will be building blocks of application/platform. They also create technical documents and coordinate with related parties to ensure understanding of application architecture. Role and Responsibility: • Analyze requirement, design technical components and develop technical specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow. • Design interface specification and conduct interface discussion session with related internal and external parties • Communicate with stakeholders (including non-technical people) in technical related subjects clearly. • Coordinate with DevOps team to manage the set-up and configuration of application stack as per application architecture. • Provide documentation of all technical design/components as needed. • Coordinate with BA and developer to investigate production incident that support team cannot handle. • Design system monitoring procedures and tool to quickly find root cause of production incident or fix known errors.
