DevSecOps Engineer

• We're looking for DevSecOps Engineer for our client who implement Cloud Native and DevSecOps Solutions. Key Responsibilities - Implement automation processes and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD) which is designed by having best practices in mind with various technologies, for example, GitHub Action, CircleCI (or GitLab CI). - Create and maintain IaC (infrastructure as a code) which will be developed primarily by using Helm, Terraform, and ansible. - Implement and operate Kubernetes. - Troubleshoot the technical issues and figure out the proper solution to fix. - Develop project documentation for project handover. - Supervise junior engineers by providing guidance/suggestions. Ensure that they can complete their tasks on-time and meet the expected standard of quality. - Involve and share ideas in DevSecOps and Cloud-Native Apps architecture designing process with the Manager. - Research and conduct POC for new technologies. Evaluate for strategic adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer or IT related fields. - *Minimum two years of experience in DevOps engineering role. - *Good understanding of software development life cycle. - *Good knowledge of CI/CD toolchains, e.g. GitHub Action, ArgoCD, Helm. - *Experience with security scanning tools, e.g. Snyk, Trivy, SonarCloud, SonarQube, or other similar tools. - *Experience or has a good knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code (IaC), such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc. - *Experience in observability tools, for example, EFK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana. - *Good understanding of Kubernetes, and container technologies. - Familiar with performance testing tools and able to integrate with the CI/CD pipeline. - *Familiar with Linux and comfortable working with command-line tools. - *Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - *Good communication skills. - Familiar with hyper-scaler cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Cloud Vendor or Kubernetes-related Certificates. - Experience in a team leading position. - *Willing to learn new technologies with self-learning methodology.
