หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities - Conduct business requirement conceptualization and rationalization on software feature and product development (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis). - Develop a plan and lead business requirement gathering, requirement analysis and software product design. - Analyze, confirm the scope and prioritize business requirement, features and processes with relevant stakeholders. - Recommend alternatives and solutions to the feature or business or business requirement. - Design and confirm the functional specification including application flow, business logic screens, report, data, files, etc. - Perform impact analysis and develop implementation plan for the software development team. - Manage and maintain business requirements throughout the software life cycle. - Investigate and resolve functionals issues and risks. - Develop product or feature roll-out plan including training and support documents. Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related fields - Experience in Agile management and design thinking process is a plus. - Experience orchestrating end to end functionality in an enterprise environment that run marketplace platform is a plus.
