หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: - Provided second- level application support for Application. - Resolve IT application-related incident, service requests and problem in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensured that complex defects and problems were resolves through production releases and upgrades. - Perform knowledge transfer both technical & business to team member and 1st Level support. - Ensure problem prevention method are continually applied to improve service levels and reduce costs. Qualifications: - Application support experience or development experience in Java, Kotlin, React. - Understanding software development life cycle, familiar with SIT, UAT, Production, Deployment, Release management. - Skill in SQL Script, Kibana, Elastic search, GIT laps and Jira. - Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge. - Exceptional verbal & written communications skills. - Listening ability and patience. - Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience. - Critical thinking skill.
