หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Define and Lead Marketing Strategy: Set the overall marketing direction covering brand, customer, and commercial growth, fully aligned with business objectives.
• Drive Revenue, Traffic, and Conversion: initiatives to increase store traffic, improve conversion, and accelerate sales performance across all channels.
• Own Brand Strategy & Customer Experience: Build strong brand positioning and ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and campaign execution.
• Integrate Merchandising and Commercial Execution: Partner with Merchandising to align product strategy, pricing, and promotions with marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through and margin.
• Lead Trade Marketing & In-store Excellence: Oversee Trade Marketing, Planogram, and Visual Display to ensure high-impact and consistent execution across all stores.
• Leverage Data & Customer Insights: Utilize customer data, campaign analytics, and market insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage Marketing Investment & ROI: Allocate and control marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and efficient resource utilization.
• Build and Lead High-Performance Teams: Develop organizational capability, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive performance across Marketing and related teams.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing with at least 3-5 years in leadership role managing teams and driving business performance
• Retail & Commercial Expertise: Strong experience in retail or modern trade environments, with proven ability to drive: Store traffic, Conversion, Sales growth and Campaign execution at scale
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that deliver both revenue growth and brand equity
• Brand & Customer Understanding: Strong expertise in brand positioning, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing, with the ability to translate brand into in-store execution
• Data-driven & Analytical Capability: Proven ability to leverage data, customer insights, and performance analytics (ROI, campaign effectiveness, market trends) to drive decisions
• Cross-functional Leadership: Strong capability to work across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and other business units to deliver integrated execution
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Communication & Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong proficiency in English (Chinese is a prefer)
