Dispatch/Truck Coordinator (Route planning)

• *Work Highlight* - Logistics / 3PL / Customer Service - Flexibility to work as multiple shifts - Min. 1 year experience in dispatch logistics operations Working hours: 6 days/week (3 Shifts) Weekly holiday: Saturday or Sunday (Depends on work schedule). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** Key Responsibilities: - Dispatching of vehicles base on the price and quantity of supplier, and shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. - Plan and schedule routes and assignments based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and available resources - Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Assign vehicles and drivers to specific routes and assignments. Communicate with drivers to provide them with necessary instructions, schedules, and any changes or updates - Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems incidents, requests for services or equipment. - Negotiate to supplier for any urgent or on call bookings and get lower cost - 100% completed client bookings as the target.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and above. - At least 1 - 5 years experience in dispatch in logistics operations - Preferably in a service-oriented or worked in third-party logistics (3PL) environment - Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, processes, and best practices - Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - This work need timely manner especially reply to client and supplier. - Prior experience with Google's Excel Sheets will be an advantage. - Customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as multiple shifts.
